The Reverend Terry W. Bull is Rector of the Church of the Advent.  He began his ministry with us in 2001.  In addition to a love of being a Priest and father, he also loves being a musician, playing with several musical groups in the area. Fr. Terry holds a BA in Foreign Languages from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Divinity from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary. The Reverend Penny Foster is our Deacon.  Penny has been a member of Advent since 1976.  She was ordained as a Deacon in 2008, and feels blessed to serve Advent in that capacity. In addition to spending time wiht her husband and two children, Penny enjoys kayaking, observing wildlife, and being close to nature. Ms. Jennifer May is Advent's Parish Secretary.  Jennifer joined us in 2006. In addition to her fantastic organizational and administrative skills, Jennifer is an award winning jazz bassist who heads up her own Big Band: Ladies First. Jennifer also teaches music both privately and for Narden Academy. Mr. Benjamin Phillips, PhD is Organist/Choirmaster at the Church of the Advent.  Ben leads not only the Senior Choir, but also the Youth Choir and serves Advent on several leadership teams. Ben holds a Bachelor of General Studies (English & Psychology)  from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Music, a Master of Music, and a PhD in Philosophy all from SUNY, Buffalo.
